Return Policy
At Beach Monograms, most of our products are custom-made and therefore not eligible for a refund. However, we do accept returns under the following conditions:
What Can Be Returned
- Items that arrive with visible damage.
- Items with errors in the custom design that are the fault of Beach Monograms.
What Cannot Be Returned
- Items with errors in the design that were approved by the customer during the review process. Please carefully review all proofs before approval.
- Items that show noticeable wear, such as stains, tears, or signs of washing or use.
- Items returned more than 30 days after receipt of purchase.
Return Process
To ensure a smooth return process, please follow the steps below:
- Request an RMA Number: Before returning any item, you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Email us at info@beachmonograms.com with the following information:
- Your purchase date
- The item(s) you wish to return
- The reason for the return
- Prepare Your Return:
- Once you receive your RMA number, write it clearly in a visible spot on the outside of the return parcel.
- Ensure the item is in "like new" condition and properly packaged to avoid damage during transit.

Refunds, Exchanges, and Store Credit
- Refunds: Approved returns for refunds must be made within 30 days of receipt of purchase.
- Exchanges or Store Credit: Approved returns for exchanges or store credit must also be made within 30 days of receipt of purchase.
Shipping Charges for Returns
- Customers are responsible for all shipping charges associated with returning products.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- If the return is due to an error or damage caused by Beach Monograms, please contact us to discuss potential shipping reimbursement.
Additional Notes
- For items damaged upon arrival, we may request photographic evidence to verify the issue.
- Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
