Sublimation

Sublimation is an apparel decoration method that provides the best results on white (or very light grey), polyester blend materials. Additionally, colored polyster garments can be bleached to provide a white base for placing the sublimation design. Although sublimation is limited to specific colors and materials, it has the best hand feel of all decoration methods. During the pressing process, heated ink from a print dyes the threads of the garment resulting in a decoration that does not have the feel of a transfer or screen print.
